• Email Address: used for account access, authentication, support, app functionality, and analytics.
• Audio Data: audio files or sound recordings you choose to upload for processing, previewing, and exporting inside the app.
• User ID: account identifiers or app-assigned identifiers used to manage account access, subscription access, app functionality, and analytics.
• Product Interaction Data: information about how users interact with app features, such as uploads, previews, exports, feature usage, and subscription-related activity.
• Crash Data: crash logs and error reports used to improve stability and app functionality.
• Performance Data: information such as app performance, launch time, processing performance, responsiveness, and reliability metrics.
• Purchase and Subscription Information: subscription status and transaction-related information processed through Apple App Store subscriptions and RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: to authenticate users, process audio, generate previews and exports, manage accounts, validate subscriptions, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain app reliability.
• Analytics: to understand app usage, improve features, evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, measure engagement, and improve creator workflows.
• Diagnostics: to identify crashes, errors, performance issues, failed processing events, and reliability problems.

3. Audio Uploads and User Content

TrackFit AI allows users to upload audio files for processing. Uploaded audio may be used to create previews, exports, waveform data, timing data, beat or structure information, and other app functionality.

We do not claim ownership of audio files you upload. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission to upload, process, and export any audio content used in the app.

TrackFit AI does not provide copyrighted music content and is not a music streaming service.

4. Data Linked to Your Identity

Some data collected through TrackFit AI may be linked to your identity, account, or subscription status. This may include email address, user ID, uploaded audio data, product interaction data, and purchase or subscription information.

5. Data Not Linked to Your Identity

Crash data and performance data may be collected for diagnostics and reliability purposes and may not be linked to your identity when collected in an aggregated, de-identified, or diagnostic-only manner.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

TrackFit AI uses Apple App Store subscriptions for paid access. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and refunds are handled by Apple.

We use RevenueCat to help validate subscription status and manage access to premium features. RevenueCat may process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, user identifiers, and related purchase data.

7. Third-Party Services

TrackFit AI may use third-party services to support app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, subscription validation, authentication, cloud processing, storage, or support.

These services may process information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the app.

8. Tracking and Advertising

TrackFit AI does not use email addresses, audio data, user IDs, product interaction data, crash data, or performance data for third-party advertising tracking.

We do not sell personal information, share user data with data brokers, or use collected data to track users across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide app functionality, validate subscriptions, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the service.

Uploaded audio files may be deleted after processing or after a limited retention period unless saved as part of a user-accessible project history or saved workflow feature.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

TrackFit AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Your Choices

You may:

• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Contact us for support regarding your account or app-related information.
• Stop using the app at any time.
