Quick Shorten
Quick Shorten is the fast trimming workflow. It removes material from the middle while preserving the intro and outro so the track still feels complete.
Key settings
- Target Length: Type a duration or choose preset chips such as Radio Edit, Social Clip, or Podcast Bed.
- Crossfade Slider: Adjusts transition smoothness from 0.5 to 5 seconds.
- Natural Mode: Uses smoother fade curves for less mechanical cuts.
- Smart Cuts: Attempts to snap cuts to beat boundaries so the edit sounds musical.
- Preserve Intro & Outro: Protects the opening and ending identity of the track.
- Advanced Sliders: Fine tune how much intro and outro to keep.
Smart Remix
Smart Remix is the intelligent reconstruction mode. It analyzes musical structure such as intro, verse, chorus, bridge, and outro, then rebuilds the track around actual song sections instead of making a simple middle cut.

- Podcast Bed: 90 seconds with a 3.0 second crossfade.
Creator presets
- Intro Music: 12 seconds.
- Transition Bed: 6 seconds.
- Reflection Bed: 20 seconds.
- Outro Music: 10 seconds.

Podcast Builder allows users to upload background music and an optional voice recording, then export a polished stereo MP3 segment ready for a podcast editor.
