These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blue Orchard Insights mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), operated by Blue Orchard Innovations, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Blue Orchard Insights allows users to upload audio and other content for the purpose of generating reflective outputs, which may include transcripts, suggested questions, summaries, and other insight-oriented content.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, or create in the App, including audio recordings, notes, transcripts, and any other materials ("User Content").

These outputs are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by the quality of the uploaded material.

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. If you purchase a subscription through Apple, billing and payment processing are handled by Apple.
Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are subject to the applicable platform provider’s terms and policies.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

The App, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Blue Orchard Innovations, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, other users, or our rights.
You may stop using the App at any time. If account deletion tools are available, you may use them to remove your account or content, subject to any retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs generated by the App will be accurate, complete, or useful for your intended purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Orchard Innovations, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
